The Zuellig Family Foundation (ZFF) protects and respects the confidentiality of personal data and related information under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
The ZFF website uses cookies that collect non-identifiable data to analyze web traffic such as IP address, geographic location, browser type, and operating system, among others. Meanwhile, we ask for your e-mail address when downloading our content for information dissemination and advocacy purposes such as sending out updates on topics that you have shown an interest in.
Only the data collection officer (DPO) has direct access to the personal data collected. The DPO shall provide access to other staff as necessary upon receipt of a formal letter, and third party individuals upon approval of the Executive Director. The DPO will also handle complaints and any requests for amendments or deletion of personal data via feedback@zuelligfoundation.org.
Should there be any unlawful or unauthorized disclosure of personal data, a data breach response protocol is in place. Detailed documentation, including an annual report, will be submitted to the management and the National Privacy Commission (NPC).
